      Thanks to his techie but clueless teenage half-brother, Chase, rancher Zane Nicholson ends up hosting a totally unwelcome group of tourists on a cattle drive on his property. His revenge? To take Chase along and make him work until he drops. But Zane ends up with another tenderfoot when his stepsister, Maya, coerces her best friend Phoebe Kitzke into joining the venture--an emotional complication that Zane doesn't see coming. An assortment of secondary characters, including a pair of vegetarians, two foster children in need of adoption, a curmudgeonly cook, and two hilarious elderly ladies, add to the fun and the conflict as this unlikely band take to the trail.
